Founded in 2020, On Track Resources (OTR) began with a simple idea and a strong work ethic shared by three friends determined to build something of their own. Starting with just one grapple truck, OTR quickly earned a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and getting the job done right. Through hard work and a commitment to quality service, the company has grown to a fleet of five grapple trucks operated by a skilled and dedicated team.

Today, OTR continues to expand its capabilities, offering specialized services including railroad tie handling, stockpiling, loading of railcars, and tie bundling. Our team understands the demands of the railroad industry and takes pride in delivering safe, dependable solutions on every project.

Building on that success, we launched On Track Resources Civil (OTRC), a natural extension of our hands-on experience in the field. OTRC focuses on civil engineering and infrastructure services, including water and sewer line installation and repair. While operating as its own branch, OTRC shares the same core values that OTR was built on—hard work, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.

As two growing small businesses, OTR and OTRC remain grounded in their roots while continuing to evolve. Whether working on railroad operations or civil infrastructure projects, our goal is simple: deliver high-quality work, build lasting relationships, and keep every project moving forward—on track.
